• Order Owner Email

Product Compatibility and Download Center

The Activation Certificate can be found in the Product Compatibility and Download Center (PCDC).
 

1. Go to Rockwell Automation Website.
2. Click on  Downloads.
   
3. Under Compatibility & Downloads page, click on Downloads by Serial Number
   
4. Sign in or Sign up if prompted.
   If you believe you have already signed up but cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password? button.
   
    
5. Once signed in, Enter Serial Number and select a Matching criteria then click Validate.
   
   
   Note: In case if Matching criteria is set as company name, at least 4 letters of company name are required. If company name is shorter than 4 letters, please use different criteria.
    
6. You can view and download it after Activation Certificate by clicking on PDF icon.

Subscription Owners can also check the certificate in Owner Order Email clicking on View Certificate.
